1. Introduction

By accessing this website or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of Mobile NotaryBoss services.

2. Services Offered

We provide the following professional notary services:

      • Mobile Notary

      • Remote Online Notary (RON)

      • Notary Signing Agent
        Add-on services: after-hours notary, additional witnesses, and document delivery (by request only).

    3. Payment Terms

        • All appointments must be paid in full to be confirmed.

        • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required.

        • Unpaid appointments will not be scheduled.

        • After-hours, witness, or extended session fees may apply and must be paid in advance.

      4. Cancellation & Refunds

          • Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice may qualify for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).

          • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows are non-refundable.

          • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments for any reason, including emergency or safety concerns.

        5. Session Duration & Overages

            • All sessions are booked in 45-minute intervals.

            • If your appointment runs long, you will be charged an additional $25 per 15-minute increment, payable on-site or via invoice.

          6. Required Documents & Identification

              • A valid (non-expired) government-issued photo ID is required for each signer.

              • Documents must be fully completed before your scheduled appointment.

              • We reserve the right to refuse service for incomplete, suspicious, or fraudulent documents.

            7. After-Hours & Witness Fees

                • Appointments booked before 8:00 AM or after 7:00 PM will incur a $35 after-hours fee.

                • If you request us to provide witnesses, there is a $25 charge per witness. Availability may vary.

              8. Communications Consent

              By submitting a booking form or scheduling an appointment, you consent to receive email and SMS communications related to your appointment. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly.
